His practice focuses on collective claims, cross-border compensation proceedings, and strategic dispute resolution for companies, investors, and interest groups. Thanks to his background in law and economics, he combines legal expertise with a sharp insight into commercial interests. He has extensive experience with cross-border disputes and regularly advises on jurisdiction, applicable law, and other private international law issues.

Jeffrey plays a key role in the development and execution of large-scale proceedings. He regularly acts for claim foundations, investor groups, and litigation funders, possessing broad experience in both collective actions and complex commercial disputes. His work includes collective proceedings related to the diesel emissions scandal, various cartel damages claims, and disputes in the fields of data privacy and corporate fraud.
Jeffrey obtained a degree in Dutch Law as well as a degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Additionally, he completed the postgraduate program in Contracting at Leiden University (PAO Leiden). He is fluent in Dutch and English.
