Glenn focuses on (international) commercial and corporate dispute resolution. He advises and litigates for companies, directors, shareholders, and investors in a wide range of contractual and corporate conflicts. His practice includes disputes regarding commercial partnerships, acquisitions and earn-outs (post-closing disputes), liability, and (international) trade. Glenn regularly conducts proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber and has been involved in various arbitrations. In addition, he has extensive experience with attachment and execution law.
Glenn thrives on solving (international) legal puzzles. In addition to his legal background, Glenn has an economic background. As a result, he is agile with both language and numbers and understands the economic reality in which his clients operate. He likes to sink his teeth into complex case files, always looking beyond just the legal implications. Glenn is known for his sharp analyses, structured approach, and tenacity.
Glenn obtained Master’s degrees in Corporate Law and Private Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam. At the same university, he also completed a Master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing & Control (cum laude).
Glenn is fluent in Dutch and English, and also has a good command of German.
