About Lisa

Lisa is attached to Asteriq’s litigation practice as a professional support lawyer. She plays an important role in the preparation, coordination, and substantive support of collective actions. Lisa combines outstanding academic qualifications with in-depth knowledge of collective dispute resolution. She supports the team with complex legal analyses, strategic issues, and the development of innovative litigation strategies within national and international collective proceedings. In addition, she actively contributes to knowledge development within the practice. She closely monitors legal and societal developments in the field of collective actions and procedural law, translating them into practical, actionable insights for clients and ongoing proceedings.

Qualifications

Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree (cum laude, Honours program) and a Master’s degree in Private Law (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam. In addition, she spent a semester studying Political Science, Philosophy, and History at the University of Cape Town. Lisa is fluent in Dutch and English.
