Robert advises and litigates in complex commercial disputes, cross-border collective actions, and large-scale compensation proceedings. His strength lies in procedural law itself, and his practice focuses on both the private and public sectors.
Robert often, though not exclusively, acts for claim organizations, foundations, and other claimant parties. Thanks to his experience on both the claimant and defense sides of (collective) proceedings, he possesses sharp insight into the strategic considerations of all parties involved. That experience allows him to identify litigation risks, defenses, and opportunities at an early stage and to develop effective strategies aligned with his clients’ objectives.
